Recently applied for a rental and was asked to bring in bank statements, enquired with the property management when I would find out if I was successful
And was told maybe Wednesday. I had handed in the application on the previous Thursday. Rang twice on Wednesday and was informed that I would get a phone call back as they were busy on another phone call. It is now Thursday night and still have not received the courtesy of a call obviously we are not successful but a phone call would of been greatly appreciated. What happened to treating potential customers with the respect they deserve. This house has been on the market for at least 6 weeks and from the beginning it was advertised at $495 then dropped to $ 450 when I applied. Then on the Saturday i noticed it advertised for $430.00. Very disappointed with the service.
We had the unfortunate experience of renting through Rosier. The ducted heating wasn't working. They stuffed around for months skirting around the issue. We had to go to VCAT to get some response. We spent money on electric heaters which were extremely expensive to run. May be it was a blessing that you did not rent through them. VCAT supported us but negotiating with Rosier was a nightmare. By the time this was resolved winter was over!!!!!!! Hope you found some where nice to live with a good agent.
I recently sold my home interstate and ws relocating so thought I wouldview some rentals and rent for a year before settling into Victoria and re-purchasing. I attended an inspection at a property in Bayswater through this Real Estate along with a group of people intending to also view the residence. We arrived early and were left waiting in the freezing cold for a staff that was yet to show 15 minutes after the inspection had been scheduled to show. I phoned the real estate and was disgusted to hear that the property had actually been let before the showing and they didnt have the courtesy to remove the inspectiontime from the internet or send a staff to notify the interested parties ...read more
