Upon ordering tulips, roses and iris in a ceramic pot for my mother on Mother's Day at a cost of $65, imagine my devastation when I received a thank you text message from my mum with an accompanying photo as I live a long distance from her I would not get to see the flowers. The ceramic pot turned out to be a glass vase containing 6 tulips, 4 iris, 2 bits if greenery and no roses. I'll never be using them again.
