NOT HAPPY: Having first walked into the store to purchase a hairdryer, I had many questions yet as I looked around there was no assistant offering their help. I then choose a product (without their help). That night I realised the product wasn't actually what I required in a hair dryer, I then returned to the store less than 24hours later with my receipt and product, only to be told I could not even exchange it for a more suitable item, as this is a $200 product I am extremely angry. I would never go back to this store and would not advise any of my friends to do the same. Poor customer service.
Went to get my hair cut and the hairdresser was too busy gossiping with the other staff about boyfriends etc to notice where they were cutting. they cut my sideburns so high that they almost sit above the top of my ear, and are also different lengths. they missed bits of my hair and totally rushed the job. Generally a quick job is ok, as long as its done properly.
both times i have visited and purchased hair products they have been wrong. the first product i purchased had dried up because it must have had the lid left off it. the last time i purchased it the staff member gave me a tester product with the wrong lid on it. so not only did i purchase the wrong product, i got ...read more
