Terrible experience with this travel agency.

The agent I was dealing with was very unprofessional. They made many mistakes when booking tickets for us. They tried to overcharge us and when I refused it, their agent started harassing me.

She violated my privacy by finding my work phone number (that I had not given them) and coming to my workplace, lying to my manager and telling her that I owe them money!

The agent and her husband kept harassing me and I had to go to the police and fill in report form asking for a restraining order against the agent and her husband.

Avoid this agency. Very unprofessional!

The best travel agent in MELBOURNE! I have been to many and honestly you get all the help you need to make your dream come true. Hard working agents put so much effort into making clients happy!
