BacK again after quite some time. This evening we ordered quite a number of different dishes for takeway. I ordered the seafood laska, vegetarian curry puffs, asis cendal drink all just little over $20. The seafood laska was quite nice and filling, the curry puff were good not certain about the drink though and found it a little on the pricey side. Again may have been better having it there rather than have it takeway as the ice melted and may have affected the taste a little. The other dishes ordered nasi lamak with rendang and a prawn har mee soup all for little over $20 also. The prawn soup was a little tad too salty, while the nasi lemak dish was very nice. Service was friendly and prompt.
Roti Road is still so good after all these years. As they name suggests they do their house made Roti which they serve with a delicious curry side dip. The laksa is also very good here. I like the co patently good service they have on offer - always very friendly and patient. Roti Road is good for larger family dinners as well.
I love Roti Road. I have eaten there on more than one occasion. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is very lovely and friendly, chatting with his customers all the time. I went on a weekend night and they had a performance, with an individual dancing and spining Roti on his hands! It was fabulous! Will definetely return. Try the Roti Canai with the Rendang beef, it is my favourite!
