I was very disappointed in the service I received from Roto-service. The person I was dealing with was very rude and unhelpful in my enquiry. I wanted to further clarify an issue I had and was told to "stop wasting my time", they actually refused to answer my question and just expected me to come into the shop to sort it out. They finished by hanging up on me. I found this to be very unprofessional and was shocked by the level of rudeness addressed to a customer.
