As my dog is a large breed it was hard to find a mobile dog wash in my area. When I enquired with Jen Hassell she did not call me straight back and it took over a week to get a booking. She was a little over 45 mins late and did even text message to let me know. When she finally got to my house she did not even introduced herself to myself or my dog and I dont normally wash dog this big and rush at my dog and grab the lead tugging him as she told me she was in a hurry. She was rough in wash him and he cowell in the corner of the tub with him and didn' t like to be forced him and he normally will endure anything but she was causing him causing great stress. She said she would usually blow dry the dog but as this was new to me she just left him wet. I was very displeased with the whole process. Jen was awful and it was a not a reasonable price for a wash nail clip and dry. My dog did not get his nails done or the dry and he definatly had a negitive experience. ...read more
