Roxanne Fashions

I visited Roxanne's city. I went twice, a few weeks apart, hoping the first time was an aberration but my hideous shopping experience was repeated; I've never felt so uncomfortable in a shop in my entire life! The staff were condescending, pushy and bordering on bullying at times. I felt compelled to provide some feedback via their website and got what could only be described as a truly insulting, spiteful reply. My recommendation is to steer well clear of this place.

Wouldn't bother unless you're looking to be critiqued by a 'pru-tru' about your size. Was told to shop somewhere cheaper. Have taken my money elsewhere, won't be returning. Customer sevice is deplorable. Not a big range either.
