Royal Brisbane Hospital Licensed Post Office

Where do I start?! I booked a table for 8 people at 1pm, turned up at 12.55 to be told our table had gone! Since it was Fathers Day the place was very busy and there were no spare tables. The staff member I spoke to said sorry but did nothing to rectify the situation. After about 10 minutes I managed to grab another member of staff who went off on the search for spare tables to set up for us - by 1.30 we were eventually seated. We ordered straight away and our buzzer went off after 45 minutes, only to discover only 1 meal out of the 8 was ready. The other 7 meals came 15 minutes later! The food was very bad, steaks were charred (we asked for them medium) and the chips were barely cooked. Plus there were no forks clean, so again I asked the same member of staff if she could get us some and again she apologised but did nothing to rectify the problem.
