Possibly one of the poorest experiences I've had at an ice-cream store. Ice-cream is supposed to be fun right? Make people have happy thoughts about happy non-calories. Right?? Well the staff who served us was neither gentle in their approach to serving us. Abrupt, rude but mostly indifferent, the staff served us with reluctance and a heaviness, as though us being there was a real inconvenience. I don't care how good the cones are - if the service is poor, it's only going to leave a poor taste in my mouth!
