This is a quick note to say how pleased we were with the set of blinds that fitted today. We have ordered 13 blinds in total and each one has been excellent quality. We are always nervous about purchasing from small companies, as we don't know what the product is really like. We were so impressed with how they looked.
I would personally like to thank the production staff and manager as they managed to finish the blind super early due to an emergency and I promise I won't put you under the pressure again.

Having received a few quotes from two blind companies offering to fit (who phoned & texted daily to offer reductions on their initial quotes - irritating and time consuming) we thought we'd risk it and order from Royal Crest. Whereas the other blind companies stated the blinds would take 8 weeks to make, the blinds from Royal Crest Blinds arrived within 3 weeks. Perfectly Fitted. This is the second time I used them. First time they did curtains for whole house. Great service and Excellent quality. Second time I used them for 3 vertical blinds for sons-room. Unbelievable! Very friendly staff ! Excellent Customer service. I didn't need to take time off from work. Came after hours to measure the Curtains. and fitted on Sunday afternoon. I never expected this service at all.I couldn't bother to get second quotation. Would definitely use again!
