Food terrible and rude staff. Avoid thursdays as its terrible entertainment DJ goes alright. 3-5 people turn up for karaoke so if you like singing a lot then this is the place for you. You will get lots of songs as no one turns up and the blonde girl will sing song after song

I went to this hotel for a Mothers day lunch with my family and the service was terrible. We ordered the 3 course set meal for the day and didn't get our dessert until 4 hours after we had ordered. We had to remind the staff repeatedly that we hadn't received certain courses of our meals and they even tried to give us the wrong meals. When we finally received our dessert it tasted burnt. I will not be booking here again!

The restaurant in this establishment is appalling. I witnessed more meals being sent back to the kitchen than what were being eaten on one occassion. The staff in the bistro don't know how to smile (probably because of all the complaints) , the food we had at our table was all sent back for being cold, when it came back out it was not much better, The kitchen is an open layout so I decided to watch what was going on in there and I was shocked to see them microwaving food that was being sent back cold. People, you are in the service industry, please smile, it helps alot.
