Royal Thai Restaurant

This has been my favourite Thai restaurant for over 15 years. Yummy fresh ingredients, and the crispy garlic beef is to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant. Great options for vegetarians too.

Horrible customer service. Ordered the vegetarian pad thai that was meant to have mixed seasonal vegetables and did not. When we asked the wait staff about it wait staff offered to bring us some mixed vegetables on the side which was lovely but then the management came out and rudely explained that although the menu stated that, for the last 30 years they have never made it as the description says. The vegetables were never brought out. As it was a birthday we had cupcakes which we did use their matches to light the candles but no plates, forks or a cutting knife was offered. When we received the bill they had added a $10 cake service fee. After questioning what kind of cake service they provided (which was nothing) they said that it states on the menu that a cake service will be charged. A great dining experience as the food is first class. Staff are attentive and decor is welcoming and clean and fresh. Would recomend this restaurant for special occasions.

Have been here a few times and all times the food has been great. The acousics are not the best when the restaurant is full so it gets quite noisy. Parking is poor but the food is worth it. I would reccommend
