Absolutely discusting management. They do nothing but spy on tenants and breach you for the stupidest things when in fact they should be breached for not doing the maintenance of the townhouses they supposing to manage. The management should be kicked out. They even have cameras in the pool area to spy on tenants. Very poor management.. wouldn't live there again if they still manage the place.

I'm about to vacate one of their properties and it has a mold problem throughout the building structure parts of blinds missing, bad water pressure, turning up unexpectedly & not using entry notices & demanding to enter the building, Neighbours noticed he was going into my unit while I'd be out at work,capets are frayed and there's stains and ciggerette burns in the carpet. They're as dodgy as and Sylia (wife) & Leon shouldn't be able to hold real estate licences. They also want to raise my rent from $280 a week to $405 per week

They pay a lot of attention to keeping up outside appearances, trimming hedges, and mowing regularly but the units themselves are run down and need a lot of maintenance inside. The water pressure was so low I couldn't enjoy a decent shower, some locks didn't work properly, tears in the screens, and cabinets falling apart.
It was relatively safe and quiet inside the complex but every night there were a lot of disturbances outside the complex, fights, parties, sirens, loud cars revving and doing burnouts.
I stayed there for a while because the rent was cheap but they recently increased my rent by more than 20% in one year.

Worst place we have ever lived
The noise from the rd is unbelievable burnouts, trucks air brakes , sirens all night havent had a good sleep in 6 months
The Barking dogs cats howling all night
We have had things stolen from our front verandah ashtrays etc .
Would not recomend renting here
We are leaving this place and we cant wait
And they have a hide to up the rent by $25 a week

Not a ideal place to live due to the fact that u get watched 24/7 and they don't look at everyone else's cars before coming and asking how long it will be in the visitor park and i don't think its fair and also not to mention they don't fix anything when asked and they get u to pay for the plumbing even if its not your fault
