If you could give zero start it still would'nt do them justice. The worst freight logistics and warehousing know ot man.
They have Jacked up their prices from $55 a week to $250 for basic pallet storage.
The warehouse never gets back to you and the admin is autrocious I think the tax department should take a look into what they are doing. Also the ACCC and their lack of contracts with customers is ridiculous.

RPM are always a delight to work with. Their entire team are always very helpful and ready to answer any questions relating to booking and following up on jobs. Being in the transport industry, unavoidable delays come with the territory however RMP have always been quick and honest in trying to resolve and assist us as best we can. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our transporting needs. Thanks!

the most unprofessional courier company I've ever dealt with. my delivery was cancelled 6 consecutive times. I live in northern Sydney. apparently the truck was too big to get into my street and they wouldn't and a van without charging me over $100. they google mapped my street and assumed it couldn't be done. my husband received his 40th birthday present nearly 2 weeks late and damaged on arrival.

they wouldn't reimburse me any of the freight charge and merely quoted their terms and conditions stressing that they don't hold any liability for damages. even though I paid then extra to pack the item onto a pallet and bubble wrap it, it arrived loose on the truck, so they charged me extra for nothing.
