RU-CO offers a Happy Hour from Monday to Thursday nights from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with selected wines at $10 per glass. All other beverages are offered at a 15% discount. On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, ladies can also enjoy $15 premium cocktails.

Still love a drink at RuCo when visiting Melbourne CBD. Drinks by the glass or bottle. Live music on the Friday night I visited.
Nice spot for drinks before or after heading out on the town. The calamari was nice and just hit the spot with a glass of Adeline before heading out for dinner.
Ru-Co bar is a little great hidden gem on the Paris End of Collins Street that's on the ground level of the Grand Hyatt (easiest to enter from Collins Street where the Giorgio Armani store is). They do happy hours on all weeknights which run from 5pm to 9pm. There's a cosy fireplace at the back or some nice seats for two at the bar. This is a great place for afterwork drinks with some colleagues or pre-theatre drinks before a show in the area (Regent Theatre is 1 minute's walk away). The Kholarbi chips came out super quickly and were flavourful and tasty. The complimentary bar snacks are a plus! Was really happy with both the cocktails (salted caramel and cherry cinnamon cola) we tried!
If you enter the Grand Hyatt from Collins St, Ru-Co is up the stairs on your right before you enter the hotel lobby area. Not very often you find a great place to have pre/post dinner drinks that is large enought you dont have to stand around waiting for somewhere to sit (or stand). Ru-Co offers table service and a running tab and have a fantastic selection of anythiung from cocktails to fine whiskey.
