At some point Rubicon accidentally began emailing my levies to the wrong person. As far as I can tell from their absolute non-responses they give me about the situation, this person has been trolling them. They refuse to send me a record of these emails, so I have no idea what actually has occured. They refuse to believe this person wasn't me, and now will not disucss the situation. Previous to this they obstructed and responded as little as they possibly could to me. Maybe, they have a good reason but I wouldn't know because they won't tell me anything. Honestly seemed like a totally fine management company up until this point. But apparently they have a complete inability to deal with any probelms or even entertain the idea they made a mistake. The last weeks have been the most stressful, and bureacratic filled nonsense of my life.
Really unprofessional communication. Not helpful. Have to agree with comments that are 4-5 years old. Very frustrating

Our experience is that not everyone gets what they want; and sometimes when they don't. Well that's when some people become Internet Trolls. Good on you "eapen"; such courage there hiding behind your keyboard.
Nothing much has changed in four years I suppose. Talks up their own firm when they get a bad review. Classic!
If I could have clicked NO STARS I would have done so. I am in the business of customer service and this company lacks the very essence of it. In my experience they are very unprofessional in their communications, as well as being very 'lordy'. It is apparent in their website spiel that this company had a long Public Service background which makes sense as to why they are inept when it comes to customer service (apologies to those government departments and people who are actually good at customer service). Very arrogant and they forget who is actually paying their wages. Find another BC Management company if you want value for money. Until this company discovers WHO is their customer and the necessary customer service and communication required for profitable and sustainable business relationships, they will continue to lose clients. My advice - engage any other BC management company than this one.
Service is a priority to our company so we were concerned and perplexed to read the review. We invest considerable time and effort engaging with our clients and are committed to delivering a quality service experience with all clients. On discovering the review, we investigated our client database and recent communications to identify the person who wrote the review however we have no recorded connection (they are not clients of our company, or owners in any building which we manage) or interaction with or knowledge of the reviewer as either a current or former client. From the review, which we vehemently dispute, the reviewer seems to have made a judgement based on a reading of our company website. Naturally, we foster open communication with clients and encourage all clients to provide feedback on our performance as a body corporate manager.
