Ruby L'otel

We really enjoyed our night here, it's a live music venue so that was the draw card for us. The food wasn't bad either, it's a simple menu but each time I've enjoyed the simplicity of the burgers, steak or fish and chips. Warm friendly staff and a good selection of live acts, what's not to love?

My partner and myself stumbled apon the Ruby on the way home one evening. We decided to stop and check the place out. We were there on 'Rib Night'. We split 1kg special and got a couple of the items off the snack menu. Everything was beautifully presented and the Ribs were delicious. Service was great by the young girls working, and they even gave us table service even though we didn't ask for it. We will definitely revisit, and strongly recommend visiting for others. What a great find!

Diabolical food, shoody service and a general sense of desperation about the place. Looks like they spent a fortune trying to turn it into something but you can't buy class. Avoid at all costs!

Nice pub.10 buck lunch is good otherwise food is overpriced.

It had been shut for so long I thought this place was going to be pulled down rather then renovated. Open to the public now it's a swank pub with both a pub feel in the front bar and modern decor in the outside dining area. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but hey nothing is in Rozelle/Balmain. Food is better then the usual pub grub but it is always packed so you have to get there early if you want to enjoy food while sitting down.
