Ruby's Diner

This is a hip little cafe located just down the road from Charing Cross on Bronte Rd. It always has people on the communal and separate dining tables. With oceanic/pirate artwork on the walls and a very open and light atmosphere this place screams coastal chilled vibe and I love it. Dropped in for lunch mid-week and there were a couple of people knocking out work in the beautiful weather and enjoying the music and coffee. The menu is not massive and is very healthy, however, the fact that breakfast is served until 3pm and there is options of traditional lunch eats means that there will be something for most. I went the Ruby’s beef burger but was almost swayed lemon thyme chicken sandwich or the lamb shoulder. This burger was scrumptious. At $19 it is was a more expensive price tag than other similar options else where and there are definitely cheaper options on the menu as well. A hot tip is to grab one of these bad boys for sure.
