Ruby's Organic Cafe

Stopped by for a coffee, seemed to be quite a delay, not sure why, as the cafe was not that busy. The coffee was good, as we sat outside in the sun with friend relaxing.

Very relaxing cafe, enjoyed a good coffee with brochettes, we sat outside in a sunny comfortable alfresco, inside appears to be comfortable and well arranged. The service was good, with very little delay. Good call.

First time we went to Ruby's when it first opened it was nice food, staff was average. We went back a second time on the weekend and the food was poor to off past used by date.. My wife and I had Eggs Benny with spinach and salmon, we both looked at each other and said does your salmon taste sour? Yes! we believe the salmon was off because I have tasted it before

On paying for the bill, no eye contacted and no thanks for coming no goodbye

If this is Organic food, i would rather eat food with chemicals

Food is poor 0/10

Staff is below average 0/10

I won't be back, I will pass on my experiences to a lot of other people 10/10

Ruby's was my regular lunch stop for a long time. Until today... I bought a hot chocolate from a nearby store and then decided to go to Ruby's for some soup. After complimenting the meal I was told in a rude voice "Next time you come in here... Don't bring someone else's coffee!". Not a very nice way to treat a regular! Safe to say there won't be a next time! This isn't the first time I've been offended by their staff. The coffee is bad. Most of the food is microwaved. And the staff are just plain rude!

stopped for a business brunch, coffee was bad, service was very very slow, when food arrived it was cold, ordered macaroons to take away, gave us wrong food, took it back for exchange, got grumped at and although had overcharged on the the takeaway did not offer to refund .... not a pleasant experience
