Rug Rage

cheap imports from china, not properly treated, most rugs have water damage or stains, not recommended

Rage yes a lot of it!!!!! Be careful of there exchange/ refund policy BEFORE you buy. Even though i was caught out and had to exchange my rug the second one i got was such TERRIBLE quality i went back for a refund and was accused of sitting picking the threads out!!! NEVER buy from there. I asked for head offices number but they refused to give it to me. Also for those allergic to dogs when i went into the store there was a dog lying on the rugs!!! Terrible rug and even worse customer service !!!!

Rug Rage is an appropriate name for my experience. Typical sales staff at the Helensvale store nice as pie couldn't tell me enough times that I was able to take the rug home and try it out and bring it back and try another one as many times as I liked. What I wasn't told was that there are only exchanges and no refunds. That useful bit of information was left for me to read on the back of the receipt after I had already handed over my money. When I called on the same day as purchase to find out my options as the purchased rug didn't suit, the friendly sales staff turned nasty and was not helpful and rude... simply too bad that there wasn't anything else in store that i liked as they had my money and weren't willing to refund. Would be a reasonable thing to let customers know there are no refunds before you buy... Make sure your happy as you will be stuck with finding something from the store if not. Rude staff.
