Just came home for my lunch break from work. This businesses van was blocking my driveway. I'm on my p's and did not want to scrape my car. Asked the guy to move and he went completley crazy. Straight away. Absolutley mental little dude. Lots of swearing, insulting me, over and over again. Very agressive. Very rude. I would not reccomend.
Excellent service from this husband and wife team (Keith & Tracie). Keith arrived on time. Cleaned my carpets and lounge chairs. They do a 'wet' carpet cleaning, so does take some time for the carpets and lounges to dry, but apparently this is more effective than a 'dry' clean. My carpets were cleaned in the afternoon and were dry by the next morning. Very happy with the results. The day after carpets were cleaned, my cat deposited a fur ball on the carpet. After my attempts at cleaning the mess failed, I phoned Keith for help. Keith and Tracie came, treated the stain and cleaned it at no charge. Unfortunately there is still a stain on the carpet, but this may have been avoided had I not attempted to clean it myself and got the professionals in straight away!
