Rushford's Schoolwear

I work in retail so i feel the need to stick up for the business, it's not like most shops. They don't decide prices or stock. It's all decided by the school and subject to school choices. It's always to busy there but they have a system and i feel they do their best. I was told they can only go by what the schools tell them is compulsory. Sometimes the school isn't clear on what items are actually necessary. I am always greeted by friendly staff. Overall a good experience.

Staff is extremely rude and like to shrug off their responsibilities. Wont want to go there if I could get school uniform from somewhere else.they r just pathetic not worth ur money n time

I think the reviews on here,are unjust... Rushfords was brought out by noone,imagewear a few years ago so the rushdords staff do not pick the prices. Its a seasonal business so u need,to bear with staff not be,agressive. I actually asked when i was in there,last time and,they showed me a list the school issued,them so not their fault if school is telling them one thing and you another. Must be,a hard,job this time of year for them

Purchased sons uniform and was sold 6 red tops for the senior years for school. School tells me that blue is the required colour for the year level he was in. Took tops back for exchange (with docket, only week old) to be told that they would not do it as they believe they had been washed. Son is in final year at this school and now has 5 tops that he will never wear.

Service was disgusting, they do not smile and never polite when serving your needs.

Worst customer service experience ever, the staff are extremely rude and the management was worse...would never go back but as they are the only place in werribee that sell school uniforms I have no choice..
