This agent is terrible to deal with, think I'd rather be homeless than have to rent through them again.
Unprofessional, rude, don't comply with their requirements, engage in a 'rent auction' (rent rose in 24 hours, advertised at a price & then different on application form, online rate changed soon after).
Imaginary problems to delay exit & refund of bond and another $55 'call out fee'.
Also overlapped a couple of days between tenants = extra rent.
As soon as we finally get our bond refund it's off to the RTA to file a complaint we go.
These guys are a great example of everything that is wrong with the industry.
