Extremely rude staff. New throttle lever broke within months and staff advised it was because I had hit control lever on something- this was not the case. On telephone discussing warranty, staff hung up on me.
Mower returned and charged for new throttle cable and lever- old throttle lever glued together and old throttle cable put back on.
This business should be avoided.

Rude and unhelpful. Oh and not cheap either. Stay away!

Do not buy from them. very rude and bad customer service. brought the brush cutter for them to service (first 3 month free service) and got there 2 mins late and they won't take my brush cutter for service. I even called when I was 8 mins away to tell them that I be on 4pm or a few mins late. Got there and they still inside but won't take my brush cutter and tell me to come back tomorrow!!! just 2 mins late...can't believe it... and very rude!!!!! yes its the most disgusting staff I ever met too...

People, don't come to this business for service. I brought perfectly working mower to change cutters. They did service without asking me and billed me for $140 which is half of the price of the new one. After this service mower stop working properly. I brought it to fix and they refused to do it. The most disgusting staff I ever met.

Ordered Goods was promised delivery, called several times to be told yes they would arrive soon then to be ignored several times by staff then the management told me No dont know anything about your order ! Will never use again, most disappointing customer service i have experienced in 12 years.
