Terrible experience since we bought the car. Lodged complaint with NSW fair trading. Latest debacle booked for major service 80,000km. Called day before my service and was told could not bring at 12 had to bring first thing. They lost booking, told me it will take 7 hrs and would only make one shuttle run in pouring rain at 8:15 Thanks for nothing! Never again a Nissan or Ryde Nissan
Never ever take your car to get it serviced at Nissan Top Ryde!, If you do, check carefully if they have done what they say they have done. I had heavy corrosion build up on my battery terminals, car broke down 4 days later due to this, on the invoice from Nissan at Top Ryde, inspection point was that they check the battery, yeah right, if they did not check the battery, what else did they not do. And to top that off, I asked to speak to the management because the staff was not helpful, the management showed no sign of care, even when I told them I would not return to Nissan for service.
The customer services like what others had stated are really terrible, they are tend to ignore most question you may want to ask. Especially when you want to seek for a good price, they reply you with - do you want to buy now? If you don't then we don't have to talk about price.
From owning 4 vehicle experience from different customer services, have to say Ryde Motor Group is one of the worst one.
Conclusion is waste of time, they are impatient want to make a sell as soon as possible, give you the feeling needing cash.
If people want to waste time, please go experience yourself.
A very terrible place. They were very helpful when we came to visit, as per normal they just care about making sales but not giving great customer service after we sign the contract. The staff were always on leave or not available. Worst customer service and we can't even make a complaint without wanting to scream at the staff at the other end. My advise is better go to other nissan, than Ryde one.
Ryde Motor Group has been the been the most horrible experience I've ever dealt with. They promised my vehicle in about 2 weeks. And i received it finally after 15 weeks!!!! They never contacted me even once after i paid the deposit. I had ring them so many times just to see what was going on, and its impossible to contact anyone, as my dealer was always 'on Leave' or hasnt "come to work" today. Forget customer service, the staff was almost rude when trying to deal with them. I tried contacting senior management, they're are even worse.
Getting a new vehicle has to be a positive experience, Ryde Motor Group has made it a bad!
Did you look in the Warranty and Service Passport? Mine said that the Pre-delivery Inspection was done 1 day after i paid the deposit. That is pretty amazing since they said the reason for the delay is the car is not in the country yet. In other words, it wasn't true. I could have had my car in less than a week, but they made me wait for 6 weeks. When i asked them about the discrepancy, they ignored me.
