attended the clinic today - have to say that I thought the clinic was lovely, reception staff were very helpful and friendly - I was very nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. Have no hesitation rebooking

This place is a joke! Shocking customer service, the "management"is just as bad!!!! So oblivious to patients waiting, no communication about delays and a terrible phone manner! I wonder WHY the people they were on the phone to would ever come in, not a good first impression!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4:30pm booking still waiting at 5 with no communication. No care about patients, shocking service - GO ELSEWHERE unless you like waiting in silence. Awful
