Ryobi (Aust) Pty Ltd - Head Office

I have contacted Ryobi four times over the last 2 months regarding an issue I have with a battery. I have not recieved an email or a call regarding my issue. There does not appear to be any customer service at Ryobi. Why should you buy a product from them when if you have an issue with one of their products they don't contact you. Do they acutually have a customer service department?

The zip on the garden Vac is of very poor quality. Invariably you end up throwing away a perfectly good bag simply because the zip has broken. This can occur after only a few uses even when you take great care opening it; not over-filling the bag, etc.

I could not buy blades for my Ryobi mower at Bunnings. There is no stock available.
