Jason did a great job on painting the outside of our 1904 house. He and his men were considerate, polite and always a pleasure to deal with. We added on several small extra tasks at short notice, and Jason was always accommodating. Stacey on the admin side always responded promptly and pleasantly and kept us updated on the start date and date for extra jobs. Very happy with quality and service.
"Were happy in the beginning but near the end we lost contact with them - several attempts to get in touch and no response. Appear to have abandoned us. Initially we were led to believe that a team of painters would attend (their website suggests a large company) but only a single qualified painter did the job (on a very large double storey 5 bed home). So the limited resources are a huge issue. Lots left to do but we have no painter. Job not completed! Disappointing"
This is an amazing company. Jason has been our painter and is the best we've seen! Careful, thoughtful and totally meticulous. So much attention to detail and really fussy with his work. Always willing to go back if necessary. And Stacey - she really puts you at ease and is very caring and professional going over and beyond. She is also very knowledgeable in the field and with trades in general and is a complete asset to the business. I only consider it lucky that we found this company who are Dulux Accredited painters and highly skilled. We had so so many bad (and I mean really bad!) experiences with tradesmen during our renovations but these guys were of the best of the bunch!! So thankful and can't recommend them enough!!
