What we do:

We can install new telephone outlets, relocate existing outlets, pre-wire a new house and re-wire sub standard wiring.
We also fault-find and repair as required when your service provider has determined that a fault is inside your premises and repairs are not the responsibility of the provider.

Having problems with your ADSL service?

Beside carrier issues, customer internal (Premises) cabling and incorrect filtering can degrade your ADSL service. This can cause slow response / poor data transfer, dropouts and even no SYNC.
If you have a back to base alarm system on your ADSL line; you need to have a Central Filter installed by a professional cabler.
If you have more than 4 telephone devices on the line, it is recommended you have a central filter installed.
Where it is determined that the problem you are experiencing is not caused by your service provider; we can investigate your cabling, filtering and hardware at your premises.
