THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE RECIEVED THE WORST SERVICE EVER. CONSISENT LYES AND FALSE PROMISES THEN THEY GAVE THE CAR BACK TO ME MISFIRING AND BOB TOLD ME THE CAR CAME IN LIKE THAT. I HAVE PROOF THE CAR WAS NOT MISFIRING BEFOREHAND. I ALSO HAVE DASHCAM FOOTAGE OF THE PANEL BEATER SAYING "HE NEVER WANT TO DRIVE THE CAR AGAIN" AND USING DIGUSTING LANGUAGE TOWARDS ME & MY CAR REALLY HURT ALL BECAUSE HE COULD NOT DRIVE A MANUAL. I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS A SUBARU AGENT BUT SEEMS THEY DONT LIKE SUBARUS
I have taken my car to S&R twice for minor repairs. The first time, they painted the bumper the wrong colour. To their credit, they fixed it.
I just had another repair done - VERY slowly. A minor repair took almost 4 weeks. The car was returned with the wrong grille, a crooked bonnet, a front chrome panel not even screwed on, the window washer bottle still broken, the bumper crooked, the ultrasonics not working and an ant's nest behind the dash.
Patrick, the owner's son might be the rudest most patronising man I have ever met. He told me the bonnet was "like that when it came in" and I had "never noticed it before". Even after I showed him a photo proving he was wrong, he refused to even talk about rectifying his shabby work.
I would strongly reccommend NOT taking your car to these unprofessional people.
