Negative stars if possible. The current red headed manager is a disaster. Can't expect much from someone in hair, but seriously the way she treated me last time was so shocking that I almost cried. She called me a disaster and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars lying about what my hair "needed". I went elsewhere and my hair is fine lady. Gosh please seek help

I had a bitter experience yesterday when I went for colouring and cutting. They started applying colour without consulting me. I was not aware as to what colour they applied. I wanted only root touch up and trimming. After washing this senior cut my hair so fast and just blow dried. No styling . She then says it is done. I didn’t notice the big patch of colour stain on my forehead. I paid 72 AUD and go out. I got a shock when people started staring at me. I rushed to wash room and saw ugly patches of stain on my forehead. I felt terrible. Instead of beautifying me this salon made me look ugly. What sort of professionalism is this? I felt very very disappointed. Wanted to go back and give them a piece of my mind. But went home and with great difficulty removed the stains. Didn’t feel good and satisfied at all with their clumsy work. Extremely disappointed. Last year, they used to be very friendly and did a good job. That is the reason I went there.

I have been there twice as I thought the first was just a bad day for the shop. No. I cannot understand how it can take five hours for foils and a trim. I was also not the only one. Another lady was complaining that they lie and say half an hour which then turns into an hour, then an hour and a half. Ridiculous.

Went to get a quick trim while my Wife was Shopping (again) waited an hour when they said 15mins. Staff were quite rude, abrupt. Can't recommend in sorry.
