Do not get eyebrows done here! She left wax on my face and tinted them unevenly so now I have to get them re done. Also did not shape evenly. U get what u pay for :( 24/03/17

Unfortunately not the best salon ive been to. Just needed a fringe cut, was very uneven, wont go back

Went there in december 2015. Just a spontaneous visit as i had wanted to get the ends cut for a while. It was the biggest mistake ever! I have no idea what level that girl was on but she seemed to be serving everyone and doing the more important work while the rest of the crew was helping her out and doing less important jobs. She also allocated the jobs to others so must have been senior staff. Her knowledge about cutting hair though is a big 0. Her attitude from the start was to get me out of there with minimal effort. So I told her I just wanted the ends 5cm shorter and styled the same way I had them then. I have straight hair and hate straight cut, bulky ends. The result was though exactly that. Straight cut off and bulky ends. I told her she needs to fix it as the end look like someone chewed on them and it needs to look nice and smooth. Don't waste your money at the Toombul store (or any, as the staff rotate between stores). A hairdresser couldn't tell the difference between permanent and semi-permanent and left my hair looking like someone had given a toddler a paintbrush full of hair dye, as well as bleaching 3/4 of my hair for no reason. The (real) hairdressers where I had my hair repaired were totally appalled.

You'll be treated to 4.5 hours in an uncomfortable chair while listening to snide comments about other staff members (avoid this place like the plague if you're doing an apprenticeship) and complaints about cost-cutting by management, and afterwards you'll be quickly ushered out before you realise how horrific your hair looks. Never, ever again! Happy to provide pics to any interested party before you get your hair ruined (see profile pic).
