S & S Hairdressing Toowong

Don’t bother going here! I paid $50 for a terrible blow dry. The lady who cut my hair began calling me Jane towards the end of my appointment when my name is Alice. I won’t be back. There are plenty of other hairdressers in Toowong to try!

Shout out to the fabulous team at Toowong S&S! I went here recently for a full blown hair make over - I went from black to light brown- so a big job. Mikaela took the time to talk me through the options and even encouraged me to 'shop around' seeing as it was going to be a pricey job.
I did-and these guys were significantly less exxy than all the other salons in Toowong Village.
These ladies took 3 1.2 hours to do my hair- taking turns to do my foils, all lovley chatty and happy to help. Mikaela stayed back late to finish my hair and was so gracious.
But the important part: i LOVE my hair!!! Ive had black hair (dyed) for 20 years so this was a big change for me buy Mikaela made me feel comfortable and assured and she did an amazing job. I'll be back! Thanks ladies!

I bring my boys here for haircuts because it's so cheap. It's only $5 each but I pay $10 because I feel bad and it's such a hassle to control kids. They do an excellent job. I don't think I would cut my own hair here, unless it was a simple trim or I didn't mind how it turned out. They can get busy so choose a quiet time of day.

After sitting in the chair for 45 mins after they told me "won't be a moment" I walked out and wentelsewhere where they were very nice, happy and great hair stylists. I have been to s&s before and had a average experience, but not this time.

This place provided me with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I went in for a simple cut and dry. What I got was unprofessional staff who were barely paying attention- they weren't even looking at my head for some of it...

They left me with half-dried, unbrushed hair.

Please save your money and try the other salon downstairs from them.
