Owner, Sinclair Breen, is registered as a licensed builder with the Building Services Authority (BSA) and is a member of the Master Builders Association of Queensland (MBA).
Sinclair has worked in construction since 2003, and has acquired extensive experience in a wide range of projects - from building new, low-cost family homes to multi-million dollar extensions and renovations.

SCP constructions have just completed our $170K renovation on our home in Brisbane. Thanks to Sinclair’s advice, amazing attention to detail and skill, our project ran on time and on budget. The building site was always left safe, secure and tidy at the end of each day. Very important to us as we have two small children. We felt that Sinclair was always available for us… day, night or weekend. We had some wild weather and even though Sinclair had the house well prepared in advance anyway, he would be on the phone or coming around on a Sunday to check that all was ok. When you have a team as professional and capable as Sinclair’s team, the renovation process is enjoyable and exciting. We can’t praise SCP enough.

Sinclair managed a large and complete renovation of our three bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. We sourced quotes from three builders to develop an idea of cost and workmanship. Though Sinclair's quote wasn't the cheapest, it was the most comprehensive and realistic. We had a very clear picture before we started of exactly what the build would cost, how long it would reasonably take, and what insurances/warranties were in place to protect everyone involved. Sinclair's communication throughout the renovation was faultless - at every step, we knew what was happening, who would be working and at what time. Sinclair has surrounded himself with excellent tradespeople and follows up with the client about their level of satisfaction regarding their quality of work. It is fair to say that our borderline OCD meant that there was a couple of occasions where we noticed a minor imperfection and this was corrected without hesitation.
