I have had a lot done with my hair over the years and had heard some great things about this place. Unfortunately my experiences didn't match my expectations of this place. On the request to have my hair lightened from box dyed black hair for 4 years I was recommended the process of balayage to go lighter gradually. After 3 visits and $540 later I was disappointed to see only small changes and on the third visit told that my hair was stubborn and extremely dry so the bleach would not take. After a few months I went to another salon to finally achieve my desired result. I understood that lightening my hair would not be a quick and easy process but the pricing of all the services at SG were much dearer than other places that offered the same service. I wanted to give this place another go, this time to simply darken my hair to a brown. Asked for a natural colour, only a few shades lighter. Ended up with peroxide blonde hair that looked no where near natural.

Extremely happy with my hair ......the stylist really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, the cut and colour was exactly what I wanted... I have had so many great comments about my hair... Thank you SG
