SA Lotteries used to have their own website, but now it redirects you to 'TheLott' which is totally unhelpful. And the only phone number they offer is equally unhelpful - they apparently have phone queues that are days long!
I've been in SA Lotteries' Easyplay Club for 30-odd years, with never a complaint. Whenever I had a small win they'd pay it into my bank account, and if I had a sizeable win they'd avise me to call and collect my winnings; I didn't even need to keep my lottery ticket as they'd have it logged in their files.
After their website disappeared I found out that they were retaining a few of my small winnings (and not even bothering to notify me). So a couple of weeks ago I wrote to them using snail mail, asking them what had gone wrong with our arrangement - and they haven't bothered to answer! I can only assume that now they're a part of 'TheLott' their efficiency has sunk to the level of the rest of that entity.
