Whilst just finishing a transaction, I noticed an item was better valued and fresher than the one I purchased, still standing by the register i asked to change product and was told they have a no return policy, I asked to speak to the manager, cause I would understand leaving the shop and turning at a later date with food item would indeed be when the policy can been in full force but not whilst stand in front of the register. I was told by manager that she has every right to have whatever policy she wants.. and it does not matter if I change my mind at register or if I leave store. I got home and rang consumer affairs, and read on their webpage, sure enough I had every right to ask to exchange a product. What tipped me over the edge to write is review was when I rang to speak to manager again, a worker ther told me I was wasting her time.
