Worst customer service. Tall old man I believe he is supervisor or something. I asked for recommendation. And he left in the middle of the service. Ok I thought he must have remembered something important. So I went around for bit because there is no stafff in the shops. I asked a lady worker and she said she doesn't know. So I waited for a bit. He came back and I gave him a face expression to see if he would recall and he said are u still waiting for me ? And I said yes because there is no one in the shop. He nodded as if I shouldn't. And he said he don't know. Why didn't he said that earlier. I was so angry for this poor customer service. Really don't recommend this shop. They need to educate first. And then needs to teach some customer service. ????

Bought two bags of Lavazza coffee beans and when I got home had realised the use by date had expired. I rushed back to exchange the coffee beans, and all the product had same expired date. They would not exchange, telling me l bought these somewhere else. Very disappointed with the service, check dates on packaged foods, this is why they sell at a discount pricing because it is past the use by date.
Not buying coffee from here ever again.

Vegetables and fruits of better quality and prices are here. They even got gourmet food items that one can't find at Coles or WOOLIES. Eample one can get Greek pastries, Lebanese thahini etc. with huge cheese wheels as well. It feels better to shop here and that's why I rank them highly. One point is removed because they don't have meats sold there except cured and smoked meat.

Its been quite some time since Ive been back here from its early days of opening. I was recently here yesterday and picked up a few items. They still had the Panatonne Christmas cake left, which I really quite like and most places had sold out of them. I picked up a number of veggies as well, they looked fresh and well-priced. I love the variety of veggies they have available and most impressive are the selection of cured meat they have at the deli and cheese varieties. The only addition are the checkout girls working could be a little more positive, they seem uninterested been there. Overall, quite like the shop and the products they offer. Its position directly next door to Aldi supermarket and a butchery.

This is a fantastic store, only recently opened at the newly renovated section of Altona Gate Shopping centre on the ground floor. Its a huge grocery store that sells all fresh produce at a quite a reasonable cost, in addition to that they also sell pasta, canned food. There is a deli section in which they sell a number of cheese varieties, process meat, salami etc. Milk, yoghurt, basically it has what most major supermarket would stock, limited on shelf food but huge on fresh fruits and veggies at a fraction of the price, compared to what Aldi or Coles down the road would charge. The checkout area is also huge, fantastic for those busy days in which you know there wont be very long queues. Service was great; girls serving with a friendly smile makes a huge difference to your buying experience. Highly recommend this shop for anyone visiting the centre.
