I am not allowed to buy Veggies by Sacca Manager at Airport West.....My 2 kids miss out on weekly veggies.....
Worst customer service at Sacca Fine Foods...I was forced not to buy groceries by so called manager of the store....
Everyweek we do our veggies shopping at "Sacca's Fine Foods" as usual we bought our groceries went to a counter to pay for them, this lady was not even looking at us then was writing something in her book, then I asked her are you serving, then she said yes...she scanned all my groceries I was told the amount and touched my card...then it came up with an error message then I was asked to insert the card... did the same...came up with the error message...every time the ...read more

I wish to bring Sacca's Fresh Food (actually not fresh) Airport West manager's (asian lady) rude behavior & bad customer handling in light to all of you guys. I bought this noodle pack from the airport west store 3-4 days ago. After showing fungus in the food product to the manager, she started raising her voice, threatening me for not letting me in the store & refused to refund or exchange. Because there is no other store selling vegetable & fruits other than Coles & Woolworth, bosses have given complete freedom to disrespect with the customers. I have to give 1 star to post this article but from side if they don't know how to behave - i will give them a big ZERO.

Fantastic range and high quality fruit and veg, you can get absolutely everything here. Good range of dry goods, breads, flowers, dips and also a pretty good deli. So much better than any of the supermarket offerings, I always get all of my fruit and veg from Sacca's when doing my shop at Airport West.

This shop has a great range of fruit and vegetables. But while the prices of themselves do not attract me, what does is their great delicatessen section. Huge by any standard it has an amazing range of items ready to temporarily occupy spa\ce in your fridge? prior to being ravishly consumed.

A few weekends ago I was here at the centre, been no stranger to their store as my local one is based out in Altona North. A larger produce store selling plenty of fruits and veggies at a decent price compared to the major supermarkets. Often depending on what they have on specials, as I often have found the some of the supermarket products are either slightly cheaper or much better. When I was there they were selling a large box of banana for $5, the entire box which would have been about 6 kilos of bananas in there. Most of them quite ripe, which explains the cheap price as they would have no options but to throw them out eventually. Customer service always fast and prompt, as they have numerous cash registers lined up.
