I have been to this place many times over the last few yrs. At first I was apprehensive however I had my favorite goddess and continued to visit. When the new owner came on board she has cleared the space and has kept the staff that actually want to be there. I have no hestitation in recommeding any current staff member of Sacred Union as they treat you with love, affection and cater to your own personal needs.....
I have been a client at sacred union for a long time and since the new management I have found the service, facility and energy a whole lot better than ever.
I first went there very sceptic and am now a true believer of what the wonderful establishment stands for.
The staff are nothing less than amazing, the service is great and friendly.
I will continue to go there as every time there is something new to discover about yourself.

Thanks for your reply sacred union but what you've written means u don't know what's happening when ur not there! People waiting for almost half hour is not good. And it was made clear on arrival that it's new management. So it's not someone else's fault. Mice are a problem anywhere. You gotta sort that . Lucky ur not a restaurant or doc clinic!
Don't book people in in the mornings if ur staff can't come on time

Disappointed that I came in when business was under new management and it's customer service was lacking . It was when the new management started. Staff smelt like cigarettes and receptionist was not in the waiting room the entire 25 mins that I waited.
Sparetreat, I have been to Sacred Union in South Yarra a number of times under new management and have experienced beautiful sessions. They have helped me on my journey of healing and growth, their Shamanic Healing is powerful, their Women's Tantric Healing is amazing. I find it interesting that you experienced the same problem as Napsterneil. Could you be the same person perhaps?
In relation to the cigarettes. I have had sessions with all the practitioners at Sacred Union and never experienced bad breath, let alone cigarette smell, and I must say as a non-smoker I am highly sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.
I think you should visit Sacred Union again and experience the warmth, strong healing energy and cleanliness which I have been honoured to experience while there.

Unfortunately this space wasnt to my expectations. I saw mice in the waiting room and the service was below standard. I waited 25 minutes for the practitioner.
Hello napsterneil, we are really sorry to hear about your negative experience at Sacred Union. We are a newly established business, a previous business of a similar service was in the same location before us, maybe you saw them, rather than us? Our space is beautiful and clean, we have a full time receptionist, so I do not believe you would have had to wait for 25 minutes for a session, without us letting you know if we were running late as a result of previous client needs. Also if you saw a mice in the waiting room our receptionist would have also been aware of the mice, and she has no knowledge of mice in the space. We are again very sorry you experienced such poor service. And we assure you that if you were to come again, you would be more than impressed with our professional sessions, our beautiful and clean space and prompt service.
