MASSIVELY OVERPRICED!! Store ordered incorrect product, told me they couldn't get the one I was after. I then bought the correct one elsewhere within 10 minutes for one third of the price. I was then told within the same hour of buying it, they couldn't do refund as store policy since was an ordered product. Did offer to try get the RIGHT product (which they should have done that in the first place!) You are also 250% more expensive than competitors.
MASSIVELY OVERPRICED!! and not customer orientated. Recommend you look elsewhere first! First and last time will walk in that shop. Did offer some keys to be cut....If I need keys cut I wont be going there. Disappointing day for small business
Unfortunately we were unable to satisfy this customer. We could not source the correct latch for the weekend from our normal suppliers and substituted for a different type that would fit in the same hole but had a solid brass latch end instead of a chrome plated diecast latch end (brass type was stock item for our supplier). The freight cost on this item to me was $11 of the $15 that we charged him, the item had a recommended retail of $12.50 but can be sourced elsewhere cheaper apparently. He had paid for the item in full upon collection (we currently don't charge a deposit for bought to order items); and then went to source it from elsewhere and expected us to refund. We do not give refunds for change of minds and do appreciate a fair opportunity to correct problems. Our other alternate is a $30 restocking fee which I thought was unfair in this situation. I offered a store credit in lieu given that he had already purchased the component elsewhere.
