Safe and Sound Removals

Safe and sound oakleigh is horrific. We received our goods back filled with Black Mold from water leakage.. Have had to throw most of our stuff away. The company agreed to replace mattresses which we thought was a small but kind gesture, turns out it was not kind at all - there is mold growing out of their 'kindly' replaced main bed which they obviously had in their storage from before. We are sleeping on black mold and the company has abandoned us despite the fact that they have insurance for water leakage.

Don't even think about employing this firm to do your move! I employed them to do my move. They came to my house to give me a quote and discuss my requirements. All good so far. 2 trucks 3 workers were promised. 1 truck and 2 workers turned up and when I questioned this and asked them to call the management to sort it out the poor little babies got upset. They got in the truck supposedly to turn it around and THEY NEVER CAME BACK! You dirty filthy little babies! AND the management staff....didn't return my phone calls to explain the situation or offer an apology. I was left stranded in a rental property that I needed to vacate that day. So my advice is......don't even think about this company and tell as many people as you can about this disgusting childish and unprofessional behaviour!!!!!!!
