Been using the team at Safe & Sure for years. As usual they were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Ty did a great job today and is an asset to their team. Recommend to everyone.

Was highly recommended by a professional Brisbane restaurant owner that they did a job at their home in River Hills which went very well and professional all the way. But our experience was unfortunately not the same for the fitting of 3 A/C units in our home .Some of the workers were very untidy leaving tools on the furniture and not fully covering the floors , did not place the units as per initial draft plan done by another electrician that came quoted us, they were too busy complaining wanting to finish and go home on an early Friday afternoon, spoke to the manager and got token discount on the job. But it was a shame to experience this unprofessional behavior.

We recently upgraded our electricity switchboard, replaced all our old internal & external light fittings with LED, two external power points, new ceiling fans, hardwired smoke alarms, 2 x air conditioners & a 10KW solar system & inverter installed. This was a lot of work done over a number of weeks & coordinated either side of a roof restoration. Staff including administration, operations & the electricians were prompt, professional & personable. They always cleaned up after themselves & their work was complemented by another electrician (not a Safe & Sure employee) who installed our digital meter for the solar system. The roof restorations business owner even recommended we consider Safe & Sure after hearing how they correctly prepared the roof tiles when installing the wiring for the solar panels. I love Safe & Sure. I've had 2 air conditioners installed in my home in the last 2 years and each time the installers have been friendly,courteous,competent and always on time.
I have recommended this company to other friends and family and my sister then had them install an air conditioner for her.
