To comply with Queenslands new smoke alarm legislation all of our smoke alarms are photoelectric and hard wired to your home's mains power with battery backup. In some circumstances a smoke alarm with a 10 year non-removable lithium battery may be installed . All installations are carried out by a qualified electrician.
All smoke alarms will be interconnected, either hard wired or wireless, so if one smoke alarm is triggered it will activate all other smoke alarms to provide an early warning of fire. All smoke alarms installed comply with AS 3786/2014.
