DO NOT USE - I cannot believe the building inspector told me I had termites when I didn't. And then he had the audacity to tell me it was my fault and refused to refund my payment after I cancelled the Contact! The most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. He told me I should have called him to clarify! This is his response via email, word for word "Hi Craig three section 3.1.1 of pest report states that there is no live termites or termite nest found on property it then contradicts it self by stating that there is termites in a log in the sub floor and trees on property. This is not the case there were no live termites or termite nest found on property. as report states there was no access to sub-floor. Apologies for any inconvenience."
