Safeguard Security Specialist

On Monday the 8th of September 2014, my mother who is in her 80s called this company with a view of fixing her door handle lock. Her door handle lock ceased to work during the proceeding Saturday and so as to not incur after hours charges she waited until the Monday morning. When she called Safeguard a conversation took place relating to the cost of the job. My mother chose this company as they are located less than 200m from her front door. As my mothers hearing is failing, she claims that she did not understand in totality what the cost of job would be but proceeded to agree to the terms and conditions based on good will. The locksmith took approximately 1.25 hours to change the lock, of which some of this time the locksmith was off site.
