Safer Steering

I take my car and my bike there for years and ive awalys had good friendly service. Always happy go above and beyond.

Safer Steering have got back to me and agreed to pay the parking penalty. This satisfies my concern.
Disregarding the penalty, the service offered by Safer Steering was good and within budget.

A parking penalty was issued to me after Safer Steering decided to park my car off street at Hayberry street. I got a letter from the council a month later asking me to pay the fine.
Calling and e-mailing Safer Steering requesting them to pay have proven futile. I am also wondering if these guys saw the parking ticket on my windshield and decided not to tell me about it. My car was parked inside their shed when I went to receive it.

They helped me with three tyres instead of one and gave me a bill for almost $600! A very bad experience and I wouldn't return. Provided wheel alignment when I specifically told them that I am getting my car serviced in two days! Be careful when they call you for 'additional' work, specify that you only want them to do what you require.

They have been servicing my vehicle for the last five years and have always been very thorough and if there is any extra work that needs to be done they always contact me first before going ahead which is helpful.
