Let me get one thing straight, this review has nothing to do with Dr Berney as a Doctor, doctor has a good reputation but, I didn't get to find that out. For a Doctor who is using the latest techniques in their practice they need to drag their appointment booking system into the 21st century. It seems that they think people have nothing better to do than sit on the phone and keep calling back to make an appointment (that's what the message says when you call) apart from the fact that when you're at work the boss doesn't like it, calls cost money and every time you get the machine you get charged. Sorry Dr Berney but had to find another specialist, couldn't wait.

P.S. if your surgery is closed your machine should tell callers that.
