Register operators- CHECK that you have the correct markdowns. My husband came back from the grocery shopping today -29/June/2017 with not one but 3 over charged items that were MARKDOWNS. this is not the first time this has happened. it is multiple times. Sometimes weekly.
A few weeks ago i had to take a leg of lamb back as it was OFF, and still in date.
Are you trying to lose buisiness?, if you are keep going the way your are by not filling shelves, or reducing ailes, eg juice aisle, toliet paper aisle.
Time to lift your game.
Remember that saying- word of mouth is the best seller.

Stood in line at the fast check out waiting to be served while the casher decided to have a happy lengthy conversation with the customer in front of me.

I had to acknowledge the casher first to get her attention by putting my groseries on the counter.

This store will have a lasting impression on you from the always dirty floors to the staff at the checkouts that don't even acknowledge you.
